7-Day Return Window

You may request a return for your product within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Conditions for Return

Sealed Products Only: We cannot accept returns for any product where the bottle or container seal has been opened or broken.

Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a recall. To initiate a recall for a damaged item, you must:

  • Send an email to our customer support team within the 7-day return window.
  • Attach clear photographic or video proof of the damage to the email.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the recall.

Incorrect Products Delivered

In the event that you receive the wrong product, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery. For these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be reimbursed for any original shipping fees you may have paid.
